Hydraulic control valve features, repair and maintenance

Hydraulic control valve is the valve of water pressure control, hydraulic control valve by a main valve and its attached conduit, guide valve, needle valve, ball valve and pressure gauge, etc.. According to the purpose of use, function and place of different can evolve into remote control float valve, pressure reducing valve, slow-closing check valve, flow control valve, pressure relief valve, hydraulic electric control valve, pump control valve, etc..

Hydraulic control valves should be installed before the filter, and should facilitate the requirements of sewage.

Hydraulic control valve is a self-lubricating valve body using water, without the need for additional oil lubrication, in case of damage to the main valve parts, please follow the instructions below for disassembly.

First, close the gate valve at the front and rear end of the main valve.
Loosen the piping fitting screws on the main valve cover to relieve the pressure inside the valve.
Remove all screws, including the nuts of the necessary copper tubing in the control line.
Remove the valve cover and spring.
Remove the spool, diaphragm, piston, etc. Do not damage the diaphragm.
After removing all of the above, inspect the diaphragm and O-ring for damage; if not damaged, do not recontest the internal parts.
If the diaphragm or O-ring is found to be damaged, loosen the nut on the spool, disassemble the diaphragm or O-ring one by one, remove it, and replace it with a new diaphragm or O-ring.
Examine in detail whether there is damage to the valve seat and spool inside the main valve, and if there is other debris inside the main valve, clean it out.
According to the reverse is the order of the replacement parts after the combination of the main valve, pay attention to the valve can not have the phenomenon of jamming.
Note: the general consumption of damaged goods inside the valve for the diaphragm and O-ring, other internal parts damage is very little.
